China is bathed in the sunshine of prosperity with the Asian Games, the Olympic Games and the World Expo coming into its embrace. As the rapid economic development has opened for us a new era of fast consuming, we began to notice that people's aestheticism started to change. Out of what they see and how they feel people want more visual beauty and spiritual elements, instead of being satisfied with simply possessing goods. Designer Chen Youjian, taking pictures around China and making them into slides, focuses on aestheticism and design in ordinary life and grabs any possible chances to speak out that "we can do better at estheticism and design". Wong Min, breaking through all the difficulties, finally brought China the International Design Alliance Congress. All these tell us that more and more people are beginning to care about estheticism and design. We are impacting and changing our future.

The idea of "creative industries" reminds us of the drastic changes in the future commercial society which will involve and ask for more talented designers. In 2000, Digital Communications shifted its focus from San Francisco, USA to Beijing, China. Participating in Beijing's bid for holding the Olympics in 1999, Digital Communications became a part of this big event and made its contributions to the visual of the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games. Since 2000, Digital Communications has been providing graphic design services to many international companies. As one of the most successful cases, Microsoft China R&D Center's "Innovation in China" made great impression on audience. As of now in 2010, Microsoft China R&D Center has been upgraded to become Microsoft Asia-Pacific R&D Center, which as well set a new goal for us and that the "Innovation in Asia-Pacific" will lead all of us through the next decade. Another successful case is with GE's "Imagination at Work". We took an active role in GE's wide-scale strategies, advertisements and communications during which we could see what the multi-national company has on shoulder in the way of returning to the society and promoting sustainable development.

After 10 years' development, in 2010, Digital Communications will expand its businesses into E-marketing, our next priority, providing more environment-friendly services. Services based on database integration will help speed the process of paperless office and conferences based on telecommunication will help save more energy and reduce carbon emissions.
